Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your e-mail boxes against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just select the electronic mail account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest.
